All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Art Print Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Our art prints are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a return, you must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, along with clear photographs showing the damage.
- We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. Conditions for Return
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
4. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges for art prints. If you would like a different print, please return the original print (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
